Wait a bit longer Ean. The grapes get sweeter around Christmas time. Yes, Ean, the job ordinarily is a simple job - if the client would only accept that he is not the expert. We do plenty of them. An industry standard reversing switch arrangement is easy (or 'simple' if I might use your choice of word), but you weren't prepared to pay for it. Instead, you wanted us to try to use a cheap toggle switch arrangement, which made your motor electrically unsafe. We spent a lot of money trying to make it work and save YOU money. If you want a simple job done in future, go elsewhere. And yes, I do try to get one weeks holiday a year (actually 3 days in this case).

Terrible. Took me 3 trips (22 klms each time) to organize a small electric motor with a simple on/off reversible switch. This was supposed to be a 3 day job - 1 to order the switch, 1 for delivery and 1 for them to affix it. Three weeks later after many phone calls and broken promises it still wasn't done so I had to cancel. More than once I was assured 'it will be ready' and on the most recent occasion due to their past behavior I decided to ring just before leaving home to collect it and surprise, it still wasn't done and the guy organizing it for me was now away for a week. This was despite them again promising to ring me if there was a problem. I don't know how they survive if they can't perform a simple task. If you want a simple job done, go elsewhere.
