The Cheesecake fries cost me $9.95. I literally paid about $1 per fry. There were only about 9 fries in the box. I’m not joking. I couldn’t believe my eyes when uber dropped off my order. You have lost my business for good. I will not allow anyone to rip me off so severely. Do you take me for a fool? I hope that bad business was worth it.
entire order was soggy apart from chips, we had ordered the burger pack with rooster roll, rippa roll x2 and red burger. we had taken 1 bite and threw entire order away, i seen the food once unpackaged and we had to dare each other to take the first biteabsolutely disgusting food
Staff was good in terms of taking the order and preparing the meal on time but the food quality and cleanliness was just awful. Tenders in the burger were not cooked properly and taking a bite of chicken in the burger looked like eating a raw rubbery chicken. Flies flying around in the dining area and a few lying dead on the floor. I left the food unfinished and to washroom to clean my hands but it was even worst over there. I am now thinking about the cleanliness in the kitchen. I don’t usually post reviews like this to not to hurt and damage the business repo but this experience has really made me do this so that other people avoid experiencing what I have gone through.
I have eaten here 5 or 6 times over the last 2 years. Take away has been good and quick but we sat it last week and that was different. Food was ok but it took 20min to get our food and we were sitting innwith small kids. The toilets are the worst toilets I have ever seen in a red rooster. No paper towel and they looked like they have not been cleaned in years. So basically take away would be fine but not recommended to sit in and eat.
Service was neither slow nor fast, I could barely hear the young guy serving me he spoke so softly.nShop is dirty, fridge was filthy, the dining room was disguisting with rubbish everywhere toilet paper on the dining room floor.nChicken while cooked through was cold, chips were steaming hot, though they were undercooked and tasted bad.nAt the end of the day it was a waste of money, I would suggest you go somewhere else.
