Ordered the mcspicy burger meal online and see the photo attached it has still got raw chicken not even cooked properly and it wasn’t even busy.
I with my kids recently started visiting Maccas due to kids request for Happy Meals more for the toys than the food, I must say. Surprisingly, compared to the relatively poor service I had when I was younger, I found Maccas service quite good in most locations - however, this one was the lacklustre exception. Inquired an incorrect order which was escalated to the 2 restaurant managers - only to be advised their ordering system does not fault and that it must have been me that was incorrect. I'd stay away from this one and just drive 3mins further for one in Mt Gravatt.nnTrust me, i did not think i'd be writing a review for Maccas - this one is an exception.
Incredibly slow service. There was only 1 drive through order when I placed mine, no other restaurant orders besides mine. Take at least 10 minutes while prioritising orders after mine.
Lunch Time!nnI am not one to frequent fast food chains but today I was out in the heat starving hungry and short on cash so I went into my local McDonald’s.nI ignored all of the machines to place my order and opted for the human interaction of the girl on the counter,she was very pleasant.All of the staff were pleasant.nThe food was as I expected for the money I had paid…not fantastic..but certainly not terrible..The burger did have a slight resemblance of the photoshopped version I see on their posters…the chips were lukewarm…but I ate all of it.nThe chocolate sundae was the star of the show.nWould I go back?…yes,but maybe just for a sundae.nIt might be just me but the store did not appear overly clean to me
Plenty of tables and nice outside seating area. Speed of service is usually fast for takeaway but can be quite a wait when ordering for a family through drive thru. Drive thru staff typically won't acknowledge you at the window which can be troublesome for those who have to insert their card. Takeaway staff are nice but also do not acknowledge when there is a line of people waiting to order. Food is always good and fresh. They did forget a happy meal once but overall it's a good McDonalds.
