We visited this store for lunch and we were not impressed with our lukewarm and soggy chips. But the thing that caught our attention was the number of customers that went back to the counter with incorrect orders. One customer got a burger instead of chicken nuggets, another did not get any bacon on his burger and when he presented the burger back to the counter, the staff proceeded to pick up a piece of bacon and place it back onto his burger. He was not impressed and asked for a refund and left angrily, another customer had an incorrect drink order. It was not busy during our 15 minute stay and the maximum number of customers was about 5 in the store and a few through the drive-through. It seemed that a high percentage of customers were receiving poor service. The vinyl seats have massive rips in the seats which expose dirty and unhygienic foam which can not be cleaned. The seats are a health hazard and need to be replaced. The mood of the store was sullen and everyone appeared not to be enjoying their time at this place of work. We will not be visiting this store again, and I highly recommend that you give this store a miss.

went through drive through last night and they were terrific. Meals were as expected, but the staff were really good and seemed like they were completely engaged. Felt like a family owned business not a franchise

Always at least one thing wrong with order. If you order one thing, the order will be 100% wrong. Too much effort to go back to sort out mistakes, especially once you’ve gotten home. Just hopeless. Extra sad, because the staff are so nice and I really want to like it. Needs urgent sorting out.

Must be the best McDonalds in a long run. Great service, good portions and most of all clean.
