We had a very very disappointing experience at the Capalaba cafe with food and customer service.

However, when we contacted the head staff via e-mail, they responded in a very professional manner with promise to retrain staff and address the issues in hopes of better experiences for their diners. I was really pleased with the way they handled my complaint.

Friendly, relaxing place. Decent food and coffee at a reasonable price. Cheers.

Food is expensive for what it is worth, waited a long time just for my food only for it be cold. Meal felt like something I could make at home for cheaper.

Waited 30 minutes for scrambled eggs and a breakfast wrap. When it eventually arrived, the food was mediocre. Will not be going back
