Always a great coffee, but I love good customer service, and sometimes some of the gals just don't have it

Asked for extra BBQ sauce on my ZBR didn't get it but i was charged 20 cents for it. Coffee was so hot its like the milk split or something - went watery. I would probably avoid this Zarraffa's go somewhere else.
