I've not had Red Rooster for a long time and can see why. The chicken pieces were oily, the chips were soggy and I felt like I had made a mistake for hours after eating it. I always thought RR was somewhere between KFC and a BBQ chicken shop. Sorry but this was worse than KFC.Food: 1/5

Wow, waited 25 minutes for takeaway, chips soggy and half cooked, Had very little to choose from as they “didn’t have enough” Glad I was only passing through

It's surprisingly clean and spacious. The staff is great, the food is good as well.Food: 5/5

Same as every other Red Rooster. Chickens were hot and chips were well seasoned. Good service through the drive though and easy to access off the highway. Caravans had to park outside though.

Just walked across to get dinner.6:55 ... the man went across to lock the door. We knocked and they ignored us. We called them and they said that  they were shut. It said open on the site. Cars were driving through and still being served. Visitor to your town!!!@ Not happy

The service is so bad it’s almost hilarious. When we asked for tomato sauce the guy just gave us a blank look. Highly recommended if you want to be ignored if that’s your kind of thing

Run by kids. Probs so the owner can make more money. No customer service here. I could've made it quicker.

Got home and order was short a drink, and the BBQ bacon burger was a bbq bacon ripper. 3/4 of order was correct.

W were we locked out due to understaffing to stay with and made to wait in the heat for 10 minutes. When we were allowed in, ordered with some difficulties as the tenant wasn't sure how to put our order through.  we weren't given a reciept nor not provided everything we paid for. When we asked for the rest of our food, we were told we didn't pay for it and the shop was closed so they wouldn't give us our order. Would not recommend

Their burger are more like slider. Small in size for my liking.
