Update- Received very negative and rude response from super visor over phone after this review so I am not changing my true and real experience review-Spent £40 for the deal and main pizza was discussing, manager offered me a replacement but due to time factor I decided to eat just to save the wastage of food.Taste was funny due to over load of vegetables and less cheese. Manager also offered me next time free big pizza with a order but it’s a betting again

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! The driver could not find my address and took over 10 minutes to direct him over the phone. When my pizza arrived it was cold but I gave benefit of doubt. I realised this morning that my deal also had ice cream which did not arrive, I called the store and the manager thought I was lying and said I should have called yesterday. Considering the issues the driver had getting to my house and some other personal issues happening I told him I had simply forgot but it’s doubtful someone would call to lie about an ice cream tub not being delivered. He kept saying the same thing and put the phone down. Looking at all the other reviews there is a common training issue with this place. The service is disgusting!!!!! It was also one of the worse pizza’s I have had but I blame myself from ordering from domino’s.

I went in’t shop , with a flyer, it says buy one get one free. So I say- 1 x large margarita and 1x large pepperoni + mushrooms/ peppers/ onions. A large is advertised £12 each So the boy behind counter says £26.00 But it says bogof, You want extras though I, not £24.00 worth. Then turned his back on me and started doing some ut else. I asked if was ok. Was I missing something. Anyway after a bit of verbal I thought I can’t be bothered and just paid em. I thought I’ll take it up with head office , another waist of time. Something about being a franchise. Any way if you like arguing and rowing head on down. The pizzas were ok though.  Parking: Easy

Ordered a £20 pizza and this is what's just arrived. Had to call the restaurant several times to actually speak to someone as just kept getting put on hold. Not even sure the dog would want this one and not first time I've had a problem with this particular Domino's restaurant. Domino's customer service, what's the issue with Katherine drive Dunstable restaurant? *Update restaurant has sent second pizza in just as poor a condition as the first photos attached. **Update have now been waiting an hour for 3rd pizza and have been placed on hold by restaurant again in excess of 10 minutes. Explained this is mine and my 9 year old son's dinner but not interested and just constantly spoke over. This has now literally become my worst takeaway delivery experience, good work Domino's. Pizza finally arrived after 10pm, originally ordered at 07:30.   Spoke to the supervisor "Zack" after this ordeal who suggested it was probably my fault because of how I handled the pizza between my door and dining room table...... Absolutely shocking

Burnt dry pizza, go to sundon Park one, This is the second time I've had a bad pizza from here in a row.

My local lunch time lunch! Very friendly and helpful staff including Manager Hassnain. Food always on point fast & fresh couldn't be more happier to leave these guys a solid review well deserved keep up the hard work.

Just tomatoe base sauce No cheese. I understand there is a financial crisis on. Still paid over £20 should get my moneys worth. Holding back ingredients Not good

Called back once ordered and asked if we could add sauce to the order as we forgot to add it to the order online we was prepared to pay for these, was spoken to very rudly by a member of staff in there and told that they do not take cash or card and we couldn't order just sauce and they can't give us any and hung up on!!! Not a way to be spoken to as a customer :

For a quick lunch time snack yes it's very reasonable priced small garlic bread and small lunchtime pizza  but it gets a bit expensive for a main meal during the evening plus think of all the gym time you'll have to put in to work off the medium pizza

Good food but with less deals :Food: 5/5
