Waited around 25 minutes in the drive thru, I've had faster meals at a waited-on restaurant! It wasn't busy at the time either. Don't expect service for a drive thru but staff pretty much check out at 8 (it's open till 9pm). Food itself was... edible, but the primary part of my combo (chicken roll) wasn't even there. (edit) 2 stars as duty manager seemed concerned about the state of the place and took my criticism.

Terrible just got a whole chicken chips gravy and saesar salad the chicken was the size of a quail chips were cold and soggy salad would of fitted in the palm of my hands absalute disrace did not realise till I got home and open it took the lot back and demanded my money back went to charcoal chicken fantastic meal Red Rooster charged $28 Charcoal chicken $26.40 with three times more food and hot I never go back to Red Rooster again

The store is dirty and when i was there they were loading raw food into the boot of a car, it was about 35 degrees which makes this a very unsafe foodhandling process. i would not eat here and when i contacted headoffice they failed to respond to my concerns.

THIS IS HONESTLY THE WORST RED ROOSTER EVER!!! Staff were so so rude and when speaking to the manager I ended up just driving off because I couldn’t hear yet understand him. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant!!!
