Ordered a buffalo crunch combo, and a ripper meal and kids meal via door dash…. I’m assuming they ran out of the buffalo chicken, so instead of sending chicken or chicken tenders they sent me a box of potato’s instead… so I literally received a box of potato’s with a side a large fries…. They clearly have chicken tenders as I received them in the rippa meal… I don’t understand what makes them think this was a great replacement for buffalo chicken… deadset use your brain or maybe contact customer to ask what replacement they want instead of assuming they just want a fricken potato overload for dinner…. Not mad just highly disappointed….lift your game team!
Chicken was cold and in the burger. The piece of chicken we recieved was stupid size and the burger looked liked it seen better days especially for the price. Your drive staff was way loud talking through her head piece while serving another customer. Overall, nah, never again!
We waited almost 30mins for our online order that should have been ready in 10. The staff were only interested in driver thru. The manager was asking for food from other bags for drive thru orders. We missed out on our pineapple fritters.
If I could give them no stars I would. Went through the drive thru for dinner. Ordered a box of three pieces of fried chicken. Got told they have run out of fried chicken and it’s an 8 minute wait. All good. Waited the 8 minutes got my order and went home.nArrived to find the complete wrong order. Called and got told leave your details but nothing we can do at the moment. Decided to drive back and replace the order. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. Before getting confused looks because I was back either wanting my original order or a refund.nAvoid this place. It’s not worth it.
I had the 3 piece large honey crunch feed apart from it being $20 the chicken was cold and way to much sauce poured all over it and the pinapple fritter tasted bland..you have lost your way red rooster edmonton you use to be my favourite but the past two times I've been disappointed.
