Ferdi migrated from the Philippines to Victoria at ten years old. Classically French trained, with over 27 year’s experience, he has also worked alongside great Asian chefs, such as James Tan (from The Duck at Crown Casino, Melbourne).
Mr Soy Boy takes the best from a variety of Asian cultures and uses fresh, local ingredients and housemade sauces to provide customers the delights of unique modern asian cuisine.
