This place can sometimes be a little understaffed, but its a quieter location so happy to wait.  Unlike the subway in the Stockland across the road, this place isn't always crazy busy.  Easy parking outside. Fast service. and convenient location. It is a little small, but I have never seen it anywhere near capacity.  Likely to become my regular.

Always super yummy n a pleasure 2 dine or takeaways, great service year after year, did I mention, super yummy.

This Subway franchise is a little disappointing and will need to lift their game if they are to survive.
Unlike some other Subway restaurants they don't provide daily newspapers for diners to read.
Also that wonderful fresh baked smell is missing during morning visits and makes me wonder if they are still using yesterday's bread rolls because the bread is cold and a little dry too for bread that is supposed to be fresh-baked every morning.
Unlike other Subways they don't offer artificial sweetener like Equal for customers like we diabetics who can't tolerate sugar in our coffee.
That said, they also need to put the coffee prices up on their menu board because it is nowhere to be seen
And finally, to work in a Subway store where you have to repetitively ask people the same questions over and over ("what kind of cheese would you like?") and deal with people taking their time to choose, and changing their minds, you need to be a patient person not a crotchety cow so they should take another look at who they are putting up at the front counter.
