False advertising - I strongly recommend you change your gluten free meals to gluten-friendly to reflect the fact that the food is NOT gluten free when it's coming into contact with food that ISN'T gluten free. Many of us end up sick for 3 days if we consume a single breadcrumb, and I understand how time consuming/irritating it can be to make things separately, but if you aren't prepared to take cross contamination more seriously, don't bother hawking 'Gluten free meals', because we won't be buying them. And you'll be missing out on revenue.

This really deserves a less than zero score. in a word inedible.

The meals are inconsistent. My Japanese fried rice was pretty much all rice, very little veggies and hardly any meat. The North Lakes store is always consistent, much better ratio of meat/vegies to rice.
