Great range of sporty stuff right on George Street. I was happy to get some resistance bands, a spikey massage ball and neck and shoulders massaging gizmo which was helping like anything when I tried it out for five seconds in the store. The staff were super helpful and friendly...especially the guy on the register upstairs and Brayden downstairs. Perfect service. Highly recommended. :-
It's Rebel, had more fat people clothes than mid city....which I guess is good for me because I'm really fat plus really tall...so kinda like a double whammy.... I should basically just make a mumu like homer did out of a sheet and just stop even trying to find giant shirts and shorts that sorta fit....
Excellent service! I came in this store looking for knee pads for a new dance class that I was starting. I had never bought them before and had no idea what to get. The guy that was helping me out was very helpful. He actually took out 2 different ones out of the packaging and had me try them on and gave me good tips on how they should feel. It's now several months later and I'm still using those knee pads twice a week. I also bought 4 yoga blocks from here. And they were all a great price and quality. I also love their reusable bags that you can buy at checkout, I use them for everything like groceries and shopping. They are bigger and more durable than any other reusable bag. Also, the store is never crowded, and it's really well organized. It's clean and neat. It makes you actually want to shop and spend time there. No long wait times in line. And they have a rewards card where you can collect points, which is a nice perk. They also have a huge variety of items and brands. I always check online to see if they have the item I'm looking for, before going in store. And it's always correct to what is online. I will be going there tomorrow to purchase a yoga mat. I'm looking forward to my shopping experience. Overall, a great store for all your fitness needs!

Second time going here and yet again great customer service by the people working in shoes. Today it was a person called Braydon and he was so nice and helpful. The last time I came here six months ago a different guy helped me with short black hair who was also super nice and helpful. The store layout is a bit different — you have to go two floors down then they have lots of shoes to choose from. This is now my go to place for buying new shoes whenever I need them. Would be good if they also had vegan leather casual shoe options. I think what makes the two guys great that have been in the shoe section when I’ve gone is they seem like actual people. They’re not over the top salespeople, instead they’re chilled, across the product and friendly. Will return.

Today my husband and myself attended Rebel Sydney City with a view to purchasing a Fitbit Smart Watch using a Visa Prepaid Credit Card issued to my husband as a refund for his Fitbit watch that had been recalled by Fitbit because of a faulty battery. Although we were unable to complete our purchase instore as a condition of the card issued to him was that it could only be used for an online purchase, the assistance offered to us by the salesmen working this morning at your store was of the highest standard. It was a pleasure to see such professional service. Thank you.
I'd like to give them more than 3 stars but don't feel that it's deserved. I'm A Personal Trainer so often buy a lot of exercise gear and shoes etc and Rebel is always my first choice as they have a great range to choose from and they've always got clearance items on offer as well... I prefer to shop online and Rebel is no exception but this is where my shopping experience with them is always disappointing... Their website functionality is almost non exististant, with even basic searches using their search box function and their filters is so frustrating that I often have to walk away.. I would never jump on their website just to browse, I only ever tackle it when I know exactly what I want to buy as the hassle isn't worth it
