Myself and my partner visited Rebel sport yesterday, hoping to find a specific pair of Bluetooth headphones that seem to not be very popular at all. While the items were listed online as being in stock, we couldn't find them anywhere in store. The staff who were working yesterday went above and beyond to find these headphones for us, they searched the entire store and within an hour after leaving we received a call to say they had found a pair and it them aside for us! Rebel sport absolutely made my day, thank you!

Lack of stocks and costumer service, been waiting for couple of weeks for the half rack to be restocked during its sale period, but still nothing cames
The people that work in this shop are just cluless about service. My wife and I wanted to buy an adjustable dumbell set and they had no stock and would not sell us their display set. Even after we spoke to the Twenty something 'Manager' they still would not sell us the display set and said it was also impossible to get stock. I mean just pathetic. I can't imagine anyone with a financial interest in the business refusing to sell something.
Went to go pick up my online order on the 1/11, then asked some team members so further questions regarding products, none of them could answer my basic questions about equipment they sold. Got told someone would call me back on the 2/11 and no one did. Had to do my own research into equipment they sell because staff members could tell me. Great staff knowledge and customer service of products not!
They have a good range of goods. Service is okay. Not many retail person around to give you a hand and especially in the shoe section. Customer service is not the best. Bought a pair of shin pads among other things. the shin pads were only $10. Went home, when I took the label off I accidentally ripped a bit of the cushion. Tried to be honest to check if they replace it. The first person on the counter needed a manger, and the manager said they wont replace if it is customer damage. Tells you it is better off lying than being honest. Hardly made a difference to me but thank you for giving me the opportunity to write a review. Customer service is not all black and white.
Had a very bad experience. Every time we went there to buy a shoe, they gave us the shoe that was there in the rack to try on. Unfortunately the shoe on the display matches with our shoe size. So they keep saying the lie “Sorry this is the only pair left, we don’t have any”. We faced the same situation twice. I have tried many places in Casuarina to buy a pair of shoe, this is the only place doing this thing. Even if the shoe has a stain they don’t reduce a doller. The staff is not flexible at all. Even it’s very difficult to exchange if there is something wrong with shoes.
Good service, very attentive and product knowledge of items in store was really good
