Absolutely the most unprofessional real-estate I've ever dealt with! - They turned up for an inspection without any notice. - They changed their minds about approved pets half way through the lease - we had chickens in the back yard and had them approved by the first property manager, however, the property manager changed hands and the rest is self-explanatory. - They didn't give us a chance to go back and clean two light shades on exiting the premises, then charged $280 to get someone in to do it! - They treat renters with so much disrespect - I'm not sure why because a great majority or renters end up as buyers. No wonder homeowners are using alternative companies like purple bricks to sell their properties! If I could give a zero star rating, I would have!

The staff at Ray White Deception Bay are fantastic. Kim Whisson is absolutely amazing. She has helped my family & I so much to find a rental home. We are so ever grateful for everything she has done for us. John Shirley is a fantastic property manager, so helpful and understanding. Any enquiries I made were answered straight away. It is only the second real estate I have dealt with & I am so happy to be able to be renting through them. Thank you to all the staff at Ray White Deception Bay you are all such lovely people.

Very ordinary business practices. Would not trust. Threatened legal action. Record ALL conversations with these bullies to avoid them doing what THEY please.
