I don't typically write reviews or recommendations but I want to acknowledge the exceptional job Bay & Districts Realty did in selling our house, in particular our agent Jason. There were no hidden fees or promises that couldnt be delivered. We were constantly updated on any movement. He was always responsive to our calls or text. He was professional with a wealth of knowledge of the area; but most importantly for us, honest and down to earth. On this occasion, I would highly recommend Bay & Districts Realty to anyone buying selling or renting.

Bay and District have been fantastic to work with over the past 11 years managing the rental property. The team are friendly, approachable, easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to any queries. Jason did a wonderful job selling the house and went above and beyond, holding several open homes, conversing back and forth with the buyers, keeping me updated on everything, trying to get the best price. Over the past 20 years I have had some 15+ properties managed under Bay and District Reality and have bought and sold 14 blocks of land with them in the same postcode. The Sales and Property management team have delivered anything but terrific service, professional sales capability and quick turn around on maintenance and tenancy vacancies at all times. In addition I have been kept up to date on both immediate and long term issues with my properties and Deception progressing as an area when practical. Commendable team and recommend highly. A delight to work with!

Owners beware! Had to report tenants/ neighbors to the office for breeding puppies illegally and constant dogs barking, motorcycles and quads used, seem to be running business from home etc.. The agents have received multiple complaints but let this behavior continue, not even checked the property.. Has terrible reputation locally for both renters and owners. I will certainly never use them to manage any properties knowing their lack of care regardless how long they've been in business.

Fantastic agents who have give many years of great service. I have had an investment property managed by them for approximately 13 years and have never had a problem with their service. They have always been willing to go that extra mile and help wherever possible. We recently sold the property,  the agent paid for some minor plumbing repairs and a full yard mow just before sale, all complimentary. I highly recommend Bay and District Realty
