Very good. I am an owner and the staff at this business have been great. I had terrible problems with tenants who would not pay rent and caused damage but they sorted it out found some lovely tenants to replace them. My stress levels have dropped dramatically. Thank you.

This realestate agency and the staff employed are incredibly unprofessional and immature. I have received disrespectful emails and phone calls (I have been told I am not intelligent enough to comprehend a simple rental ledger despite being a software engineer), unjustified Notice to Remedy Breaches and have had to serve the real estate itself a Notice to Remedy Breach as they did not abide by RTA legislation and did not attempt to appropriately organise a suitable time for a maintenance request to be attended to. The communication skills and intelligence of the employees here are that of a half baked potato.

We have placed a formal complaint through the RTA. I do not in the slightest recommend this agency as a tenant or a home owner. They have tarnished our perfect rental history with their incompetence.

I would also like to bring to everyones attention that the 5 star review from Tony Meyers is in fact one of the incompetent agents at Brisbane North Properties.

Very very bad stay clear.  Owners drive past multiple times a week to suss u out.

this real estate has ruined me and my family they have placed me on ticca with lies my family is about to be homeless because of them i am taking this to court but in the mean time i have nowhere for my kids to live no matter how desparate you are NEVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE
