Hmm not a real big fan of Ray White maybe best  to make your own decision

Extremely poor service. Agent was just a game player who you constantly had to chase for answers. For example, would phone us days before an open home telling us the vendor would accept our offer that we previously offered. After resubmitting the contract would make lame excuses like " the owners away and can't sign today, they'll try totomorrow". Meanwhile Danny was just purely using the offer to drum up more interest at the open home over the weekend. Come Monday suddenly the vendor wouldn't be interested in our offer again. Just dirty game playing. Steer clear of this agent if you want easy no stress selling or purchasing.

Extremly disappointed.
The rented a property to me a few years ago i just recently left.... the owner didnt do maintaince the real estate never pursued the owner.. it has toxic mould throughout the property and the floor boards are separating from the walls.
 The owner brought a builder out.. turned out it was his brother inlaw..
 Totally illegal.
When i fairly requested to be let out of my lease... they have avoided my calls havent told me if it has been approved and wanted me to sign my bond refund form without providing itemised reciepts.
Feeling exremely pissed off after renting the dump of a property for 4 years.
Very poor communication skills... i wish i could give them zero stars

I'm not definitely going to pay to look after my property with Lian whatever at LJ hooker Radcliffe. I've contacted her longer than 3 months and neighbour almost 6 months regarding fence and tree issues. She told me to came and had a look at first and a month passed not even showed up. contacted again, promised me to send someone to fix up, an invisible man may be. Again rang her told, house owner was out of reach couldn't  do much and nothing has been done ever since. But the issue itself even got worse, I can even go to the neighbour's property through fence now. hooray.  I'm sure Lian still get paid from her laziness and procrastination of her job. And a good deal of 50:50 split and blame other who address her the issue that needs urgent attention. 
 
Simple few nails to fix up the issue now ended up to change the whole fence. And she said that so proudly, the fence is 50% 50% responsibility. how nice and convenience. and even better to pay 50% of the price that neighbour's dog mess up with. I shouldn't study Psychology but real estate if that is how she earn money. Oh. and not to forget to buy a bunch of dogs to damage other's fence and pay only half.

The good thing is, though, Lian has scheduled to inspect on the middle of May after a minimum of 4 months later the issue was addressed.
