Raw Energy

Came here weekly for over a year for the great food and excellent music however recently this place has been going down hill. Today I was disappointed to wait 30 minutes for my burger only to find a human hair inside. Music was so quite it was almost inaudible, even after most people had left. I brought up my concerns with the owner who had absolutely no interest in providing any sort of customer service. In fact, he told me straight up that he didn't want my business (you know, the $700+ dollars I spend there yearly) and when I mentioned the hair in my food he said, "it's just a bit of carbon". Really disappointed to be treated so poorly after visiting this place every week, bringing friends there, and recommending it to lots of people back when it was good. The owner is an arrogant prick that has absolutely no interest in keeping customers happy. He won't do the simplest things (like turning the music up so it's audible--this used to be my favourite part about this place and this is the first time it was this quiet) and he will lie to your face repeatedly when confronted. It's a real shame because this was my favourite, but now I'd have to recommend avoiding this place. Save some dollars and go to Vegerama instead.

Stopped in for a smoothie and it was awesome. So much choice for healthy options, energy boosting options or just fresh juice. The produce looked fresh and the staff were friendly

Ordered an Acai bowl from a particularly rude man (possibly owner) - it was made of ice and off banana. DO NOT BUY HERE.

Disappointing. You don't really exepct franchised eateries to blow you away but the basics at this place are just all wrong. Normally I'd make some witty and humorous (to me at least) remarks, but I'm lacking the energy. Ironically the only energy we witnessed was staff enthusiastically packing up tables and sweeping the floors 45 minutes before close. Don't do this, just don't. It sends confusing messages to customers and creates an extremely poor atmosphere. The people seated next to us even asked, 'Are we supposed to leave now?' Start your closing process when you say you close.

Awful and disgusting coffee, and six dollars for a small mocha is just rip off.
