Story

Located in the Eagle Street Pier precinct, ARIA Restaurant, owned and operated by Matt Moran, has spectacular views of the Brisbane River with the Story Bridge providing a perfect back drop for diners. The dining experience at ARIA is reflective of the Brisbane lifestyle, it is relaxed yet elegant with an innovative and contemporary menu, using the freshest Australian produce, as designed by leading chef Matt Moran. This coupled with an extensive wine list, showcasing many of Australia's iconic wineries, with friendly, seamless and efficient service, provides an experience for diners that wont easily be forgotten.

Tzannes Associates, who were responsible for the interior design of ARIA Restaurant Sydney, designed the refurbishment of the old Pier Nine Restaurant site creating an intimate dining room of warmth and elegance. While the design is sophisticated, it maintains a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Very upmarket Restaurant. Meals are expensive but well worth the money. Excellent Service and Friendly Helpful Staff. A place for that very special occasion. Love the atmosphere. Overlooks the Brisbane River.

I attended a catered event and I have to say this has been among the the best “set menus” I have had for any such event. Often the meals at these event come out cold/dry or otherwise poorly prepared as it is obviously difficult to serve 20+ meals at the the same time. However this was perfect (very good steak cooked medium rare), and they even served a nice latte to the everyone (rather than poor drip coffees). So well done!

Nice food and quite an unique tasting menu. Friendly staffs and cool venue with a view of Brisbane River. The only negative I have got recent dinning experience was incorrectly billed for items we didn't order.

I stuck with the seafood when I was here. Great Murray cod. Perfectly cooked that's for sure and had some oysters that were again perfect. The interior is fantastic and service is pleasant. That said the food is still incredibly expensive for what u got. Still good but not worth the money that they charge. There are certainly. Better value for money places but certainly worth the setting for a special occasion

Fabulous service and attention to detail. We only came from dessert and Pedro Ximenez but we’re so well attended. Can’t wait to come back. Sydney style service. Loved it.
