Really dissappointed with our experience today. Ended up here with my son for a coffee and we were immedietly impressed with the selection of cakes available and the overall aesthetics. However our dissapointment started as we proceeded to order. We waited five mibutes to have our order taken at the counter aa they had placed a brand new team member at the POS station. It was then conplicated to place an order and the over all experience of the server was unpleasant.

It took a while to get our coffee, once we recieved our coffee we had to wait a further 5 minutes for our ice cream and cake which you would expect to have come first or at the same time.

Management  appeared to be absent and the team seem to be copping the heat from it. The  chef also needs to loose the chefs hat, overly pretentious for the location and market.
