I have been with this real Estate for years. They are very good real estate that I have ever come across with. They take action on time, very nice, kind and supportive, Especially Jessica. She was always available and responded on time. Never had any issue at all. Highly recommended real Estate person.

Hi, we have rented our house for the last 18 month through Raine & Horne Springvale 
I would like to express my gratitude to Mary Tran  who is an excellent property manager.
Anytime we would get an issue with the house or questions, Mary Tran is always available on a phone, find a best solution or a quick repair if required. 
She is warm, understanding and a pleasure to deal with.

We rented a house through them for almost 3 years and It has always been easy for us to deal with them throughout that period, they were always quick and efficient on arranging any maintenance required, understanding and also returned our bond fast. We will definitely come to you the next time we move back to Springvale. Thanks Melissa.
