I have never been more disappointed with any real estate agents as I was with this one. 

After one week of moving in, we could not connect to electric provider. So I called the agent to see what we can do about it and he told me just wait. 

When I asked him how long it normally takes to fixed this kind of problem, he tried to answer me in a doggy way that he has asked someone to come over and the person was coming. I politely repeated three times “how long” but he kept beating around the bush. 

Although it was my first call to him about the matter and the call was 5 minute long, he asked me not to call him again as he was busy with meetings and that calling him would not solve the problem. When I asked him if he just asked his client not to call him, he made an excuse that he has received several calls from some others people (who was not his client) about the matter before me. 

The follwing day, I sent the agent one more message, asking is he has some information that could fix the problem but he has never answered my message. It has been two weeks and we are still not connected to any electric. 

In my view the agent failed to be honest with client, failed to cooperate with client to solve problem when it arises let alone acting in the best interest of his client. 

I do not think any clients deserve to be treated this way.

Adding after I have read the bellow response from Leyton, saying that I am not their client or tenant. For the owner's record, my office is at level 1, 292 Springvale Road, Springvale VIC 3171 and I will be there for long to talk to you face to face if you are interested. I am sure Tony from your office knows who I am and if my feedback is genuine.

Massive thank you to Mr E Sha Hat for all his extensive work. He has done an absolutely amazing job in marketing & campaigning my mum's property. His excellence & manner in helping both mum & l is very appreciated. Highly recommend asking E Sha for any real estate issues anyone may have. Im only sorry google only allows me to give him a 5 star rating as he deserves 100 stars for all his outstanding work.

E Sha has assisted us through selling of 1/1 Myers Ct Noble Park and has been a great agent throughout our selling process and help us get a great result.

Worst Real Estate agent in Melbourne! Did not get the landlord to fix the property. 
The list of things that weren't done were:
- missing 1 metre of external fence line, causing pets to escape and cost pound fees.
- protruding nails in frequently used backyard deck.
- bathroom tap was loose on move in date and NEVER fixed.
- floor board in MAIN living room had a HOLE! 
- wanted $900 bond to clean 2 tiles in the bathroom!
NEVER USE THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT!!

Sold my property with Leyton Springvale recently.
We were dealing with a very professional agent named Heng Lee who got us the price we wanted.
Very friendly and professional attitude. Absolute pleasure dealing with.
