Integrity, honesty and dedication is what comes to mind when dealing with LJ Hooker, Springvale. 
My experience has been overwhelmingly positive in dealing with both the Sales Team (Andy Chua and Robert Tep) along with the Rentals Team (Sharon Lee). 
Andy was able to sell my property within 30-35 days, even though the holiday period was upon us. They know the Springvale market/demographic extremely well and will do their best to achieve ideal results for yourself as a seller.
I have 2 other rental properties in the same block, out of which 1 has been rented out in a reasonable time frame. 
The entire team is extremely tightly knit and professional and work well together as a well oiled machine. I would recommend anyone within the Springvale area to use their services and can vouch that they will not be disappointed!

Stay away from company .Worst sales especially Andy and Robert .No communication skill nor can speak English no wonder no Aussies buy houses from them .

I wish I can give them negative stars . Such a rude and unprofessional staff. Never be on time , worst experience in real estate.  Specially Springvale.

Very professional team. The whole experience was easy with no troubles at all. The whole team at lj hooker springvale demonstrated real dedication. I found them diplomatic, determined,  diligent, very dependable and honest.I would strongly recommend this fantastic agency & its people to anyone. And believe me, anyone needs a reliable team like that in the most stressful situation of buying or selling real estate.
