As a previous employee for Kim Vu, I witnessed a very unprofessional and disrespectful way she deals with her landlords and also tenants as well as her employees. On numerous occasions I saw several staff leave due to personal circumstances and see how she handled their transition very nasty, too personal which is not acceptable. Her work ethic towards clients and in the office is very rude... there was numerous times where I went to extra efforts to help landlords/tenants purely because Kim would say there was nothing she could do or help yet alone provide the satisfactory service she should as a director... I am very happy that I no longer work for a company where my work goes unappreciated. The Harcourts brand overall has been one very knowledgeable experience however, I will never recommend ever guide any family, friends or any of my clients to Harcourts Noble Park in the future.

Kim is very rude and disrespectful she trys to talk over you and never listens, Harvey seems ok I recommend you don't deal with them at all

Kim is a very rude lady. She organised for me to meet owners of property. I waited at real estate for 40 mins for her then she messaged me "Owner don't come". Then proceeded to telling me the owner went on a holiday. Unprofessional. Sam was the agent who showed us the property and she was amazing, Samantha needs to move to a more reputable agency where her skills are noticed. We will not be applying for any more houses through Harcourts Noble Park!

I've had the pleasure of working with harcourts Unity and they are extremely professional and thorough with their selling process. They work with incredibly hard to ensure the best prices are achieved for their clients. Harvey Nhan and his team are amazing and I highly recommend them!

All the staffs are unprofessional specially Kim Vu (unfortunately she is Manager too)i inspected 32 lacebark street doveton she said owner will concrete front and back yard (but owner refused said i will do front yard )i requested for aircon Kim said owner refused (but when i asked from owner he said Kim did not request)i paid rent and bond  when i moved , met owner 1st time as i mentioned  above.doors broken windows etc.i took my all  stuffs back and returned the   keys back  to Kim 
Now this smart lady (KIM VU) refusted to pay my bond they all of them idoit  

This long story is for all people who are clint of them or who are going to deal with them please make sure take every thing in writte  from them
