Today this company which I have been using through Printify to print my Etsy cards and was impressed with the value and quality decided to cancel and refund me of my customers orders without a reason. I have lost any trust I had in them and am very disappointed. I will consider ditching POD due to the unreliability and as I don’t want the hassle and don’t want to let my Etsy customers down and consider changing to digital and printable products instead.
We've consistently put tens of thousands of dollars through this factory a year - but lately, almost every order has been sent wrong. Wrong frame colour. Hanging wire upside down. Insufficiently packed and smashed to pieces. Like others in the industry previously using these guys for some of our fulfilment, we've scrambled around to find a new manufacturer for our customers' orders and are so happy we've done so. If you're building a POD business, steer clear.
Place is clean and look like a good place at beginning,but the management looks only people who is willing to be a robot's. Took me a while to see what is happening , using young people like a slaves . Say no to them and you are out true the door without worning . They like you until they need you to fix they problems and they smile to your face until you turn your back and they stab you in back. Thank you so much for one more lessons!
I have been using Prima Printing for quite a few months now and every item has been great. The print is clear and crisp and delivery is fast. Enquiries are answered very quickly and the information provided is first class. Thanks for making this a great experience and I'm looking forward to my next order.
