In the last 10 years, I've order over 10 blinds with Victory Blinds. On about 5 occasions and 4/5 of the time they have been excellent! You call up, someone comes out within a week, measures and a month later you get your blinds installed. Only one time I had problems with new Sales Rep that didn't have a clue but after talking to the head manager "Ozzie," who was VERY professional and understanding and even came out himself to install the custom blinds I ordered. Customer service on the phone was professional and they seem to call you back in a good time frame of 24 hours. Thanks again!

Our experience with Victory Blinds was as follows :- Jodie the sales representative and Chan (Mr Fixit) were both very good. Our experience with the other staff, that is, the phone and showroom staff and the initial installers of our Patio Blinds was absolutely diabolical. It has taken nearly 8 weeks for the Patio Blinds to be installed correctly.

We made an order and paid the corresponding initial payment to get things moving. After a month, the installation guys came in and installed a pelmet + curtain design that we DID NOT request in one of the rooms. We complained and we were told (only then) that the design we wanted was not available so we would need to choose another one... so we did. It's been over a month now and this has not yet been fixed, and if that wasn't enough, we are getting letters and calls from the finance team pushing us to pay the remaining balance and they are threatening us with legal actions if we don't pay. We have agreed to pay once the new pelmet + curtain are installed, not sooner, but they are still harassing us. I need more curtains for the rest of the house and I will absolutely NOT be buying them from these people... Well done guys, nice way to lose sales.
