Festo... Now the most useless supplier if you run a manufacturing facility and need "Support" or anything fast or even ordered easily!! Would leave Zero stars but cannot. Go to SMC!!!!
Haven't dealt with Festo in maybe 15 years. Only other suppliers since then. What the hell happened to them! Person on their end tries 5 times to connect to my call then hangs up. I try again, same result. I then try again and finally they've figured it out. I then ask to speak to someone about check vales. The response was "you would like to buy something?". I'm thinking I've called the wrong number at this point. Maybe I've got an elderly lady in a retirement village who is unfortunately suffering from dementia - no pun intended, that's what I really thought. I didn't want to upset the person if that was the case, so I said "Is this Festo?". The answer was "the person for that area is not available." What a joke.
You got rid of the trade counter which now means that I have to go to a third party and then wait a day to get something that I used to be able to buy within an hour. Technology moves forward, Festo goes backwards. I will now be instructing all clients whom have used Festo to go to an alternative. Very very disappointing.
Wow, I knew there was a reason I don't use this company very often. Absolutely hopeless customer service. They do not seem to care about answering phones or responding to e-mails for customers attempting to purchase products. How are you still in business??
This company has stopped counter sales unless you have an account you must order through a third party. So I call a third party they then call Festo to order my parts they cannot get through. Bad luck if you have a manufacturing breakdown. Good Product/Backwards service.
Wow… what happened to the Festo global customer service it is a joke! You can’t contact Nobble park sales for a sales enquires & breakdown support. I have been using festo for over 30 year. We do not turn over millions of dollars annually. It looks like majority of your customer will need to purchase through SMC from now on including me . Very disappointed in festo
Can not provide list prices over the phone, How are you supposed to quote jobs. Switching to SMC. Such a shame!!
useless cant get any support now. used to be excellent service, now pathetic. impossible to service equipment with festo products.
The most pathetic organisation i have ever dealt with. I sent 2 emails & rang twice over a 2 week period & no answers or returned phone messages.
Absolutely hopeless now restructured will need to switch to SMC
