They don’t even tell you anything before hand and tell you that the landlord is responsible for this, that of their property.Up until you sign an agreement then the page turns over and put all those landlords responsibilities on tenants shoulders and it’s in tenants cost not landlords and specially when Lawrence recommends Bruce as the property solicitor DO NOT USE HIM AS HE IS A MORON JUST LIKE THE RAINE HORN COMMERCIAL.

After our first meeting with Lawrence and Trent we knew that Raine and Horne Commercial were the right agents for us. Their friendly, professional approach inspires confidence and their knowledge of the local market is amazing. We would certainly use their services again.

Quite simply, these guys are crooks.  When dealing with them as agents for industrial leasing, they ignore specific requirements to withhold pricing information from property listings and advertise property at rates lower than discussed. They will do anything to get a sale and are not interested in any party but themselves.  There are plenty of other trustworthy agents on the Northside of Brisbane. Will never deal with these guys again. I simply cannot trust them.

They are very good at selling/renting properties, It's a shame they can't manage them to save their lives. No systems, No accountability. Don't know their own contracts and attempt to place all blame on tenant. I was threatened by one agent in particular, sent her family members around to our property after a disagreement. Flat out refusal to do repairs and maintainance or address safety concerns.
