After initially making enquiries to a number of different leasing agents, we made a decision to deal exclusively through David and the Caden team. David challenged our brief and made sure we considered all possible options. He understood what we wanted to achieve and lead us to a terrific outcome. We now occupy an amazing new office space which was was fully fitted out to our requirements. David’s market knowledge is second to none and we highly recommend his services if you are considering new office space.

We engaged Nick and his team at Caden's to assist us finding new premises for our current team with a view of also providing us further space to expand the team. Nick and his team took the time to understand what was important to us, and invested their time and energy in providing us options that aligned to our business. Their patience and efforts were further demonstrated when they also took further time out of their days to attend meetings with the fit-out designers and provide further input to ensure we got what we wanted and what was important for a business like ours.

Patrick is probably the best leasing agent in Brisbane! Tasked with quite a niche requirement and a difficult timeframe, we had initially reached out to some of the major agencies with little to no luck. Patrick quickly and methodically singled out several ideal options, systematically working through each to land on the best one. We now have an incredible office with a great view and our staff couldn’t be happier.

We engaged Caden to help us find a new office space late 2021. Angus helped us out through the entire process with more than sufficient options for us to consider. He makes sure all parties are well informed throughout the process which helped us to find where we are now. We are extremely impressed and happy with his work and our new office. We approached Caden and Jack Middleton when we found that other agencies either seemed disinterested or were unable to provide us sufficient options to consider for our leasing requirement. Jack responded immediately was able to get us through a number of Caden’s own listings, as well as those of other agents to provide us a broad choice of tenancy options. We ended up leasing one of the latter, and Jack co-ordinated the whole process seamlessly between us, the listing agent and the building owner. Caden’s reach, and the team’s knowledge and willingness to solve any issues were refreshing and I wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

I had a niche requirement for a training space in the CBD and I was provided with multiple properties that met my criteria. Patrick spent 3 hours with me viewing properties across the city and he was honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the service and skills provided for sourcing property.

Our business engaged Caden’s services to assist in subleasing our current premisses which was to our delight was executed quickly and exceeded our timing expectations. Patrick ensured all parties were well informed throughout the entire process which gave comfort and reassurance that we were receiving the best advice possible, helping make a seemingly difficult process seem easy.

The guys at Caden did a great job sourcing us a new office. Heaps of leasing agents in the city to choose from, but these guys stood out as being hungry to get us a deal on something that really suited us. They took the time to show us a heap of potential options over a couple of rounds i.e.could have written us off as time wasters! including their own stock as well as that of other agents. Ended up sorting us out with a custom brand new fitout in a building that is perfect for us, and joined in with the meetings with the fitout company to design and build our new home. Would gladly use these guys again and would definitely recommend them to others.
