 We spent 1 night here before starting our trip through the Great Ocean Road: very elegant and highly recommended.nn We had an enormous room facing the golf courses and, after them, the ocean. All perfectly clean and comfortable. Loved it!nn Breakfast was buffet and we liked it. Coffee was done with a Nespresso machine.nn The hotel is very easy to find and in a quiet area. It's quite practical to have a sleep here before moving on to the Great Ocean Road - it's maybe a little more than 1 hour drive from Melbourne.

We had the best stay here with our family. We were travelling with our 18 month old. I had requested an earlier check in if possible so I can give my son a quick nap around noon and I understood that this was not necessarily going to happen depending on the room availability, but when we got there the room was ready the cot was set up and even the little touches such a giving us baby bath products made it travelling with a little one so easy. The rooms were so spacious, the view was incredible and the breakfast was delicious. We absolutely loved it! There was so much to do at the resort that we didn’t even have to leave. Highly recommend thank you for a wonderful service.

From the moment we arrived @ the check in counter & greeted by Megan the duty manager I knew we had found a lovely place to stop after our 7 day road trip. Check in was easy, rooms comfortable with a lovely view. Ordered room service for dinner & the buffet brekky was outstanding .

Been to many RACV resorts and this was by far the worst and unfortunately poorest value. Large but basic rooms with a whole lot of black painted cheap furniture.nnThe kids had a separate room. On checkout got sneakily charged for movies which the kids had apparently clicked the button on the tv remote. Kids under 8 cannot agree to charges and you shouldn't have systems like this. Receptionist handled very unprofessionally and was rude.nn- No room servicen- Basic breakfast buffetn- Some unusual dining options on site like duck ribs when you want a simple meal in the eveningn- Not much of a resort. Just a golf course with 1 restaurant divided up in to sections to make it seem bigger.nnAll can be forgiven but not for the prices being charged.

Nice place, beautiful resort.nMost of the staff are wonderful.nShame about the pretentious restaurant staff that just ignored us to be seated, so instead we just left. Its disappointing to be treated like that after spending hundreds of dollars there.
