Matthew at RACQ Chermside is the perfect person to discuss car insurance with. He was so helpful with all of my questions regarding my very old car. A great guy with great customer service. That 7% bonus that’s disclosed in the statement they must read to you should be 700% for Matthew!! Slay!

The customer service officer I spoke with was helpful and friendly and I immediately felt comfortable like I was talking with a friend.  All of my questions were answered and my problems resolved in a professional, efficient, but personal manner. Well done RACQ!

We visited RACQ Chermside yesterday. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and told of how long our wait should be which wasn’t very long. They matched us to the person who could best help us with our needs. We had an awesome customer service lady named Angie G. who was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and patient. We were with her for quite some time but felt we left with the best possible outcomes. Angie is an absolute treasure…5 star service!!! Now let’s hope if we ever need to claim on the insurance policies we took out, that we’ll receive the same level of service!

I find it really annoying that two people were slotted in before me, even being told that they were quick jobs, which was not the case.  While waiting I was horrified by the greeter and the way she was very passive aggressive towards some customers.

Just simply the best service. I had a horrible accident. My work utility absolutely destroyed and it had a full custom setup for my Construction business. They replaced the ute and reset up all of the custom gear and gave me a hire car whilst it was being done. I can't recommend any higher. I went from bear mental breakdown to stress-free in a few days because of these guys. Awesome

Lowest service I never see in my life. Jesus OMG. Don’t know what is going on with the big insurance company RACQ. Waiting one hour on Monday morning to buy an compressive insurance for my new car. Don’t know what their staff doing stand inside counter. No efficient

Delay in service 2nd visit..  printer malfunctioned...had to wait about 10-15 minutes to obtain receipt.  1st visit, gad to wsit about 1.5 hrs before I got served.  Very slow service, however, friendly staff.
