We have booked with Lauren and her amazing Flight Centre Bulimba team for all our holidays over the last few years and the knowledge, expertise and friendly customer care is the very finest. Even in the midst of all the drama surrounding 2020 Lauren and her team have been in contact all the way and managed to get us a full refund on our cancelled USA trip. I would never use another travel agency...this one is the best by a mile!

Her suggestions and guidance made our holiday the trip of a lifetime. She went above and beyond for us and was always available for hep and advice - even when we were away. Love planning our holidays with the team at Bulimba, Lauren has provided exceptional leadership and training, and no detail is left to chance. Very thorough and lots of great ideas, hints and tips to consider for exploring our destination. Our most recent break is for our 40th Wedding Anniversary and has been organised by Lauren and once again, nothing is too much trouble, everything was ready for our trip a week before.
Organised a trip to Europe through Lauren and super stoked with the decision. Everything was organised in a timely manner and no details were overlooked. We were faced with our flights being cancelled and Lauren promptly organised new flights for us and took all the stress away. Lauren recently arranged a trip to Sri Lanka for us. She listened to what we wanted to achieve from the trip and the pre-planning was brilliant. We were just about packed and ready to go when Terrorists attacked Colombo. We were of 2 minds whether to go or cancel but Lauren was able to pull on information from people on the ground to get the real story of what to expect, more so than what was coming from official and media channels. At the end of the day, and using Lauren's information, we went and had the greatest time. True, security was tight but we were safe and there was nothing new that Lauren had not raised before we departed. The pre planning with her and the arrangements she made for the trip were exceptional. Her advice from on the ground was accurate and assisted us in making the right decisions. Lauren did not just sell us a trip and wave us goodbye, she stepped up when things got a bit sticky and made sure it was all going to work. Good job Lauren. Thanks
Matty has been such an incredible travel agent for the past few years! I have trusted her with all of my trips and never fails to impress me with her knowledge and experience. I have recommended Matty to so many people and recommend her for all types of travelling. Such a lovely lady and great to chat to as well!
The store manager of Flight Centre Bulimba Lauren Fell maliciously cut communications with us by blocking our face book and messenger cruelly severing the relationship despite us spending significant sums of money over the years with her. Our affected trip was booked with FC Kippa-Ring. The actions are deplorable and occurred unilaterally after we communicated our dissatisfaction over Flight Centre charging a $300 per head penalty fee for the airlines cancelation of our flights due to covid19. The managers actions of deleting and blocking us are horrible and as a result we will not be conducting any future business with Flight Centre or Lauren Fell. Shame on you Lauren for blocking us and shame on Flight Centre for cash grabbing fees on all forced cancelled covid19 travels.
