HI i am disgusted in a girl name Kaylee. Im pretty sure she is a new girl at flight center.  i wanted to book a trip to Europe for 7 weeks! everything i suggested was wrong. she was just trying to push me to buy the most expensive tickets, accommodation and tours. i tried to explain to her that i have been there before and i have family there. but she abruptly told me that things change all the time in Europe!. she was rude not welcoming terribly unprofessional. told me that if i didn't like her service i could always leave the shop and find else where to do it. i highly recommend no one else books with this blonde twit  stay away from her because you will be disgusted with her service and customers service. i really think she does not deserve the job. she was also using her phone right in front of me (talking to friends)  while talking to her about my trip  she showed no interest  in my holiday. so i canceled with  her and saw someone else in the shop . the rest of the team is just wonderful and so helpful it is just her.

Payed for all transfers included, at a significant rate for our Thailand trip to be sent to the wrong end of an island and a little cheeky make your own way fine print. Wasted 2 whole days paying for taxis and water taxis to get to our hotel and back. Very poor planning

I want to personally thank Shane Jones of Flight Centre Stafford for booking the trip of a lifetime for my parents, and snagging a super 2-for-1 special that made it affordable.  The trip went without a hitch and they've come back with a really positive experience.
