Very helpful and we'll informed when I insured my house and contents. I also have car and caravan insurance with RACQ. I recently had a car claim when someone rear ended me and the RACQ service was excellent.

Tried to purchase insurance for car hire excess and was sternly told that RACQ have never and would never sell this insurance. I tried to explain that I have previously purchased and was cut off and told no. I called the RACQ 13 number and was happily sold the insurance to cover my car hire excess. If I could put zero stars for the interaction I would do so.

Great staff and really friendly. Never had bad service visiting them and they are always so helpful and keen to help you get what you want and dont try and push unwanted stuff on you...

I needed to purchase Compulsory Third Party Insurance. The person who served me was very warm, friendly and competent. She also has a great sense of humour.

So helpful. Got theme park tickets at a discount because of our membership. Very happy
