Breath of fresh air! Paying in excess of $30k per year for my insurances.

Jie actually discussed my exposures, provided options to cover them but best of all didn’t push the hard sell.

I ended up spending a similar amount per year as I upgraded my insurance coverage as it was explained properly.

Have been telling all my friends that own businesses.

We have been with TIC since 2008 & a client of Jie’s since 2010 & wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is friendly, professional, thorough & full of knowledge. He does not try & push unnecessary policies onto us like brokers we’ve dealt with in the past plus he really took the time to get to know our business & understand our insurance needs. When our business needs change Jie is always the first to know & he is always so quick to action new policies or update existing ones so we don’t lose any time, money or peace of mind.
