If 0 stars was an option - this is what I would choose. The worst service I have ever received. Paid a fortune in premiums for over 5 years, and then when I had to make a claim, they argued for months. In the end, the fight went out of me, and I settled for a pittance. Not worth the premiums paid. I should have saved my money.

Both my husband and I believe you went well above and beyond your duties to provide us with excellent service we were very grateful to receive from you. Your service and approach was nothing short of excellent which has made our whole experience with Nautilus very pleasant and smooth. It is always an absolute pleasure to talk and deal with you as your professionalism and genuine caring attitude always kept us at ease. Setten you really are so personable and always made us feel nothing is too much trouble and that you were actually there for us and that we were not just another number or sale. We have recommended you to all our family, friends and other boaties and have told them how impressed we have been with the overall experience with Nautilus and in particular yourself, in fact we tell anyone that will listen. Due to your outstanding level of customer service we would never consider using another company for our boating insurance needs.
