hrs waiting beside the road in fnq summer. Gordonvale. Numerous calls to racq. Numerous reassurances that the towtruck was on its way.  6.45 pm  finally arrived. Exhausted. Not impressed.

The Roadside Assist Team.
My name is Rosy.
I just wanted to post a review for a gentleman that came to my rescue.

His name is Geoffrey(uncertain of surname).
It was on Wed.11 October, 2017.

It was my old faithful Rav4 of which is 23 years and I have owned for 16 years.
I will say that I have never seen it on a tow truck.

I just want to Thank You Racq, and 'Geoffrey' for his very promp service to Ray Jones Drive intersection at peak hour!

It was a quick 15 mins wait.
Within another 5 mins it was on the truck and delivered to the 
Monypenny workshop in Westcourt by 5 past 5.

This guy was very polite and my absolute savior at this time of need.
He knew it had to be delivered before the place closed.

I cannot complain of an original Alternator that has served for 23 years.It's time was up.

Thankyou once again Geoffrey for your very prompt and efficient service.

RACQ is the worst ever. They let us down and we had to wait 4 hours in burning sun, finally we got no support from them and had to call a private mechanican. With Roadassitance Ultimate!!!!

staff will just give you a phone number of their "specialist" call centre instead of helping for a claim. Paid for Queensland largest call centre club..
