I came to QV1 to visit GESB and was being collected by my daughter after she received a phone call from me. I did not have my phone nor her mobile number so waited 3 hours for her to come looking for me. Your concierge girl in reception was exceptional in her care. She tried every avenue to help me and showed great compassion. She even offered to take me home with her for a cup of tea. Unfortunately my daughter did not return and I eventually caught a train and taxi home where we finally met up. It was a freezing day and I did not know what to do. Again, your concierge was so thoughtful and I would be very pleased if she could be recognised for her excellent work. THANK YOU.
It has some of best hangout place with good food. I always end up getting my lunch from the food court here. Will have better pics next time.
Clean modern facilities.nVisiting a corporate head officenNo one on front desk and had to ring the company for assistance but I suppose it was OK.
