Wi-Fi is so laggy, the communal kitchen is dirty, and the price is clearly higher than normal for an apartment. The fire alert rings almost every fortnight, even in the middle of the night. 1/10, not recommended.
Campus Perth is a fantastic place for students! The staff, from the friendly receptionists who are always ready to help to the diligent housekeepers who keep everything tidy, are truly excellent. The amenities are top-notch, with spacious common areas perfect for socializing and a dedicated study area that's incredibly convenient for getting work done. It's clearly designed with students in mind, making it a comfortable and productive living environment. Highly recommended!
I stayed here for ~2.5 years and would put it is a great student accomodation in Perth. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, cleanliness is well maintained and multiple amenities are available laundry, meeting room, gym, garden, rooftop terrace. During my long stay, there were some instances of instrument failure microwave, shower, air con which were swiftly replaced/repaired even on weekends which I appreciate!! Overall a warm place with awesome mates to reside in :
I've been staying here for 2 months. The room is very new, and the facilities are excellent, especially the gym, which is perfect for someone like me who works out regularly. I initially thought the gym would be small, but it turned out to be surprisingly spacious. The fitness room and gym are separate. Yes, the price is a bit high, but considering it's located in the inner city, what can you really expect? It's super convenient. Thanks for everything asnI had some difficulty understanding the full terms of the fixed-term agreement, but the staff were patient and clearly explained everything to me. Due to a few personal issues, I have to leave early, but they offered a subletting option with a reasonable admin fee, which I really appreciate. I’ll definitely be back if I return to WA. :
This was one of the most unprofessional and hostile experiences I’ve ever had from a staff member—especially in a student accommodation setting where duty of care should be a priority.nnI was moving out and simply asked for help using a trolley to carry my belongings. Not only was I told they “don’t allow trolleys after 4pm” which was never communicated to me during my entire stay, but when I asked if she could assist me in any way—her exact words were “no do it yourself. That level of disrespect and blatant refusal of assistance is shocking, especially coming from someone at reception whose literal job is to support residents.nnShe offered no alternatives, showed no empathy, and made it clear she didn’t care. I was left to drag everything down myself, risking injury with no help, all while being talked down to and made to feel like a burden.nnThis isn’t just rude behavior—it’s a breach of basic duty of care. Students pay thousands to live here and expect at the very least to be treated with dignity when they leave. I’ll be taking this further with management because no one should be treated like this. Staff like her should not be in any position of responsibility.
