Went here for the 2026 MSWA Step Up climb!nnNice stairwells and view from the top and clean facility!

What a beautiful upgrade. And the coffee in the lobby is pretty decent. Haven't walked through in probably  over 10 years.  Very cozy seating areas with wireless phone charging on Hay St end of lobby.

Centralised work place. Strategically located in the heart of Perth CBD. 5 min walk to the train station and city bus stop. 7 min walk to the nearest woolworth and lots of decent cafes and restaurants in the vicinity

You find almost everything you need here, perfect hub for shopping and restaurants and bars. It is in the heart if the city and close to public transport.

Central Park in Perth is one of those little city gems that makes you slow down for a moment.  I sat down on one of the beautifully painted, artsy benches to enjoy a quick bite, and it turned into such a peaceful pause in the middle of the city.nWith restaurants close by, it’s easy to grab something to eat and bring it back to the park. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, with people passing through, greenery around you, and just enough quiet to enjoy your food and your thoughts.
