Story

Quest Bendigo Central is purpose built, serviced apartment accommodation presenting 60 stylish and contemporary studio, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments. This architectually designed property is a great alternative to your traditional hotel room offering spacious accommodation in well equipped serviced apartments, within walking distance to Bendigo CBD.

Our studio apartments boast an open plan bedroom / living area, with separate bathroom and kitchenette, as well as complimentary access to our communal guest laundry.

All of our one, two and three bedroom apartments consist of a fully equipped kitchen & laundry, separate living / dining areas, along with separate bedrooms & bathrooms.

I stayed with family for one night. The walls were covered in dirty hand prints everywhere and scuff marks. There was a hole in the wall in one of the rooms. The curtains were not clean visible stains. The microwave button had a chunk of it missing. The oven glass was covered in grime and grease. A cracked tile on the kitchen floor and the Air-con remote had not been wiped down. However the bathroom was clean. There was clean sheets on the bed and Close to the Lake.

We like staying at Quest hotels and the Bendigo Central was not TOO bad.nWe probably should have booked a one bedroom apartment as the 'bedsitter' style room was very small.nThe lack of a view from the windows at the back of the property also added to the very enclosed feeling of the room.nThe staff at the front desk were very helpful. We spoke to them a few times.nWe were particularly let down with the housekeeping as on two occasions there were no toiletries and other supplies issued. On another occasion there were no fresh towels as well!nWhat is good about this hotel is the location. You are very close to some good hotels meals and restaurants.nWe stayed here for four nights. Some photos of the room are shown below.nThere is of course another Quest in Bendigo. Even though it is a bit further out from the city, it appears to be quite a good option.nIf this particular establishment could pay more attention to ensuring that housekeeping do their job properly, that would make for a great improvement.nSo... not bad BUT could be much better for not much extra effort.

Room was clean. Window in room is blocked with some sort of film, so you cannot see out at all, very claustrophobic. Bed was absolutely horrid!!! No padding on the bed at all, extremely uncomfortable and I'm starting to think this is just a Quest thing! Cheap, nasty beds that are extremely uncomfortable. Will not return!

Absolutely wonderful week away in Bendigo  .nThe Quest was amazing..nCentral to everthing..nThe staff were lovely and very approachable...nSpecial shout out to Damien what a wonderful guy, lovely to of met you .nThankyou to the staff that maintain the rooms very clean and spacious..nWe will be back next chance we get...Thanks everyone..nMichelle

We wanted to upgrade our room and even though it was Christmas, Matthew was fantastic and got us an excellent room. Made the stay so much more pleasurable
