Excellent location in front of the Botanical gardens, away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms are large, styled simply and quiet. The views into the Botanical gardens in the morning is a sight for morning sleepy eyes.
This hotel is located in the heart of the city. The rooms have lovely views of downtown Brisbane or the river or the botanical gardens.
Decor is dated in some ways but building is fitted with very high quality fixtures & fittings. Has a real classy feel about it. Fabulous location, great staff. We had a a very memorable stay for all the right reasons. Wouldn't hesitate so stay here again.
Amazing, well thought out, tender lamb shoulder. It had a delicious caramelised chilli coating that wasn't too sweet which helped the lamb having no over cooked parts, and had well paired sides that weren't too rich. Excellent service as well.
Great new menu with a more private dinning setting.
Great location and nice hotel. Would highly recommend if needing or wanting to be close to a bit of nature as the botanical Gardens are just across the road but the city centre is only a 5min walk.
