Awesome service at the Four Points by Sheraton. The Queensland Health & police representatives were friendly and helpful especially with our early release due to QLD border opens to NZ.
Quarantine at the hotel is excellent, the room is clean and very comfortable, food service brilliant and delicious, customer relations attentive and friendly. Work very well with the Queensland Police assisting inhouse. I thank Four Points for their consistent service and excellence.
Had pleasant night resting at the hotel. The bed is comfortable king size, the room is modern ample size and plenty of choice for breakfast. Good value for money!
Two Melbournites are spending 14 lovely days acclimatizing themselves in sunny Queensland and enjoying the Sheraton experience and hospitality
Our kids are in quarantine in your hotel and not very impressed with the food and it is only day 1..... suggest you step up your game and provide descent food since we are paying for this
