Caring people from the start. I very much appreciate that l was able to talk freely and knew l was being heard and understood, not just given platitudes by someone who couldn't be bothered. Thank you to the lovely woman who patiently sat with me in a private room and let me be heard and took me serious.
The people working within this service are friendly, efficient, compassionate and eager to help clients with their service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Quantum Community Service to anyone looking for assistance with housing and accommodation needs.
Never been so disappointed in professionals in my life. Waited 5 and a half months for anything to be done about a young person at risk. So I had to do their job for them.
I had a very short time to get out of where i was and contacted Quantum had a lovely lady Miranda help me when i couldnt find anything after 50 or more applications she told me to hang in i would get somewhere eventually i did and was basically starting over again so they went out of there way with getting me all i needed to be on my own the only one thing i think should of been thought of more was they paid 2 weeks rent so my rent is always 2 days behind and in stead of 2 weeks and buying so much stuff a months rent and less things might of been better as you can pick up things as you go agents just want to be paid on time but over all i was overwhelmed by the help they gave me very friendly and helpfuldont feel ashamed to ask for help like i did thank you to the team at Quantum Warragul all th he best Phil
Jackie was a powerhouse of help for me. In fact, I'd say she was a life-changer. Lovely, kind, understanding and worked tirelessly to get me into a place. Always grateful.
