Second stay at Quality Hotel Mildura Grand and overall a great experience. Our first stay was in a Queen room in the older part of the building, which was fairly average. This time we stayed in a renovated King room near the pool and it was a completely different experience — modern, clean, comfortable, and very nice.nnThe reception and main areas of the hotel are beautifully done and give a great first impression. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.nnThe location is excellent — an easy short walk to restaurants and takeaway options, shops, and the Murray River, which made getting around really convenient. Parking was fine during our stay, although it isn’t secure.nnOverall, we’d definitely recommend choosing a renovated room and would happily stay again.
We recently hosted our Ladies Food & Wine Dinner at the Mildura Grand Hotel and it was exceptional.nnChef Jay curated a stunning six-course menu and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Rhandi and the team coordinated the wine pairings seamlessly with our local winemakers, creating a beautifully executed evening.nnThe attention to detail, flexibility, and quality of the venue and furnishings were outstanding. Highly recommend for your next function or special event.
Stunning building and immaculately maintained. Lotsssss of places to eat at the bottom and its kept in an ultra modern clean state. Food is delicious and the location is handy to the shopping district, bus terminal and other facilities.
Poor quality all round.nZero assistance with bags. Heavy Indian accents made it impossible to understand the staff. Long smelly corridors to the room. Mouldy bathroom. Horrendous room lighting. Hard lumpy bed. Pillows like bags of cement.nI will never return.nWhoever awarded this place as a 4star hotel should be sacked. I’ve stayed in cheaper rooms with better facilities.nNeeds a lot of money spent on renovations and staff training.
Highly Recommended!! been a great experience. Ended ‘25 well fed and relaxed thanks to the staff and the hospitality they offered. Stayed there over Christmas and the rooms were clean and well stocked. The food was consistently amazing. Very knowledgeable on everything they were offering from the bar to the in-house restaurant. Thank you Chef Jay Perera, Randhir, Chethiya, Nadun & Akesh for making it so.nGood job
