Room was clean, bed was comfy, and the shower had good pressure.nnThe rooms passed through a bit of noise though which was unfortunate but wasn't too bad.nnGreat location near nice cafes and restaurants. Opposite a scenic walking track which was nice to go out to in the morning.
IF I COULD RATE A ZERO I WOULD.nThis Hotel I would not recommend under any circumstances. We have travelled from Sydney, Hervey Bay and on to Adelaide.... accommodation on the road has been a must.nRegardless of its location.nThis hotel was a nightmare...n1.No Hot Water in bathroom/shower. So we were unable to have shower.n2. Cracked handbasin in bathroomn3. Cheap thin towelsn4. Pillows that were thin and hardn5. Sat on couch and ended up nearly sitting on floor as it was so old and worn.n6. Rabbit Warren of corridors just to find room.n7. External offsite car park that has a sign that states park at own risk! distance from car park to room was a very log way, wouldn't want to be carrying a lot of luggagen8. TV old and outdated.n9. Fridge small and has a funnlĺy smell, not game enough to use the supplied milk capsules.n10. Room was stuffy and there was no external window that could be opened. There was a windows but it didn't open, looked to be an internal window.n11. Carpets were old,outdated and tired. Floor was uneven.nnThis Hotel is very outdated and in desperate need of renovation, restoration. Don't be fooled by reception which is lovely and fresh. As it's a different story behind the closed doors.nnThe location was walking distance to townneateries.
Room was large, clean and quiet, but very dated and in need of a reno. Free parking available, but not secure. Good location with plenty of restaurants and cafes available in short walking distance.
Terrible room single bed in a corner on a 45degree angle, smelt damp. Concerige struggled with English. Poor signage coming from the back car parking to get back to reception lifts. Spanish Grill on-site was a nice meal and worth the price.
Basic room appliances, utensils, plates and bowls are only in some rooms. Quite old rooms, paper thin walls. Shower plumbing is horrible, deviates from scolding and freezing when untouched. Wifi drops in and out. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Good for a quick stop and plenty of options for food walking distance.
