Had a really pleasant stay here. The apartments are modern, spacious, and very well maintained, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The rooms had plenty of natural light and were equipped with everything needed for both short and longer stays.nnThe location is a big plus — it’s close to shops, restaurants, and other local attractions, which makes getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming.nnFacilities like secure parking, pool, and kitchen amenities added to the experience. The only minor downside was that parking and space can feel a bit tight during busy periods.nnOverall, a great place to stay in Mildura with excellent comfort and convenience. Would definitely recommend
Definitely some positives and negatives to this place:nnFirst for the positives, great AC, comfy beds, modern apartments, clean facilities, updated apartments, decent location, friendly staff, and well equipped rooms.nnAs for the negatives: we had frequent difficulties trying to use TVs, the dryer was impossible to use, and some of the glasses provided were not of good quality and were broken rather easily. The biggest letdown, was the outdoor facilities and parking. The carpark and outside areas have been designed with little to no thought regarding functionality. There is no walkway in the carpark which makes it dangerous for young children. The carpark is quite tight, compact, and linear. The outdoor amenities were also disappointing. The pool was tiny and not shaded for a majority of our trip. The pool could only fit about three or four families before becoming too busy to even have a swim. There are no handrails or grab bars to enter nor exit the pool, which makes it somewhat inaccessible for certain individuals. The area surrounding the pool is both narrow and made out of a material that becomes extremely slippery when wet. There is no greenery nor is there any room for any chairs or no sun loungers next to the pool.nnWith more thought going into the design this place could be made a lot better. It’s a shame the design wasn’t thought out more as there’s a lot of potential for an amazing hotel! :
The hotel itself was quite new, spacious, and generally clean. The location was also very convenient and fairly quiet, which made the stay comfortable overall.nnHowever, there were several disappointing issues during our stay. On Sundays, there is apparently no room service and towels are not replaced, but this was never mentioned by reception during check-in. We only discovered a small note about this later that evening in the hotel information booklet, which stated that guests need to request towels in advance on Sundays and public holidays.nnBy the time we realised this, it was already around 8:45 pm. Unfortunately, the room phone was not connected, so we couldn’t call reception. Although the elevator stated reception hours were from 9 am to 9 pm, the front desk was already closed when we went downstairs, meaning we had no way to get clean towels that night.nnIn addition, the shower water pressure was extremely low, and the water flow was surprisingly weak, which made showering quite uncomfortable. The bathroom also didn’t seem to have proper ventilation.nnOverall, while the hotel has good potential due to its new facilities and location, the lack of communication and basic service issues made the experience rather disappointing.
I enjoyed my stay. It’s modern, clean, and the kitchenette is handy. Staff were lovely too. The secure parking is limited, but it’s worth noting there are additional, off-street spots right next to the fenced carpark that are clearly marked “Quest”.
Probably my favourite hotel around the area. Quiet and rooms have plenty of space and are clean. I always stay there every year.
