What a waste of time booking with qscan Burleigh as it seems that they are running a scheme to deliberately mislead and to extort money from customers. I booked an appointment over the phone and was told that Medicare would cover most of the costs. The same story was given to me at the front counter when I arrived for the appointment. However I was told that I would be responsible for the entire cost once I was undressed and was being prepared for the procedure! When I questioned the technician Mick why there are different stories, the reply I got is that the phone operator and front desk are not informed of the payment procedure. One needs to ask - is it not part of their job to know? Disappointing experience!
I highly recommend Camille at Qscan Burleigh treetops. I was very nervous with all my scans I had done today and Camille was awesome, she made me so relaxed. She is an asset to the place. I'm hoping that I can request her in the future if I need any more scans done. 10/10 Camille and thanks for being so nice to me today
I have had quite a few scans/ tests lately and was feeling very nervous today. The lovely lady performing my CT scan was amazing. I think her name was karyn. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and explained everything to me. She had a very caring nature and my experience was made alot easier. Thankyou
Facilities are good, not too impressed with one of the receptionists that booked me in, not sure if she was having a bad day or if she just doesn't want to deal with patients that have a referral meant for another company. Either way, I'll make sure that I go to Qld xRays next time. Btw, I listened to the way the other 2 ladies greeted and booked in their clients, chalk and cheese!
Really happy with the service I had an appointment at 11:45 am, turned up at 11:35am, paperwork processed and straight in for my scans. Staff great and promptly served. Could not be happier. Would recommend for obtaining scans for medical.
people & equipment are great. But they have no clue about answering the phone. You will wait & wait while they advise how wonderful they are by automatic PITA voice
Wow!! Friendly staff, efficient but not rushed. Staff treat you like you're important and valued. Will return!!
