I went here to get a refill on my prescription for medications treating eczema on my hands. The receptionist was quite short bordering on rude on the phone but gave me what seemed to be a short slot between the appointments of the doctor I'd seen two years previously but with the aesthetician, with the understanding that the aesthetician would handle the examination and the doctor would just give it the tick and sign when he had a moment. For the ezcema, they gave me good information on what to do to help lessen the symptoms, but didn't ask family history or let me get a word in edgeways to explain the problems, causes and history. After that was done and the doctor was apparently getting my prescription sorted, there was another half an hour in which the aesthetician, totally unprompted, started on my facial acne, which I had not mentioned at all and gave very clear body language and verbal cues that I wasn't there to discuss it (not wanting to be rude, as I still thought I might actually go back here). She and the doctor both pushed very strongly their in house cosmetics and skincare brand, which I had absolutely no interest in and knew from working in retail the signs of an obvious and clumsily crafted sales pitch. I'd come in for eczema on the hands, not to talk about anything to do with my face. Again, there was no allowance for me to explain the situation in which my face had become very sensitive from a recent product use and was slowly recovering, or really even to say anything at all. Any actual useful information or advice was lost in a quagmire of useless information that I hadn't asked for and had no relevance to me. To top it all off, by the time she finished she still had to go finish getting the prescription done - I used the time alone in the office to start googling other places to go next time I need a prescription filled. TL;DR, unless you want to be subjected to a long winded rant about a brand you don't have any care for by someone who has no real interest in your actual skin or health concerns, I would stay away.
