Lack of compassion and customer service skills. I had to bring my son in with me to my scan as I had no other option and staff were extremely rude about it. This made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated at the situation. I will not be returning again.
Had my CT Scan here and the reception staff are professional and friendly. They accommodated me and provided me with the information I required. The radiologist that performed my scan was the same and was very caring. After the scan, she informed me the next steps and was pretty happy. The room was pretty cold but it was my liking. Maybe not for older people though. This place is mixed billing so better give them a call to make sure the service you are going to get is bulk billed or not. Medicare is pretty funny and sometimes you have to split your scans to get things bulk billed.
These people are butchers with no accountability. Spent weeks on end with incompetent staff such as Kelly Sandhu and Ann who have no interpersonal skills or kindness whatsoever.Not even the radiologist was kind and asked me if I had any questions. Trying to figure out why my images were not loading on to the iPhone QScan application. Hire experienced admin staff not ditzy teenagers behind reception who cannot even smile and don’t seem to want to work there. I will be using another imaging provider from now on. Also ask your I.T people to interact with patients and staff immediately: the buck passing was absolutely unacceptable and outrageous.
Took my mother-in-law for a PETscan. Staff were friendly and helpful. The standard of care was very good and they were really patient with my mother-in-law.
I am very disappointed. I had a very painful experience. My surname was misspelt. Ultrasound - the first machine didn't work. The second machine froze. CT scan was a disaster. My arm is blue with bruises after the CT scan. + $110 from my pocket for the very poor service.
It was super easy to get an X-ray here, I got a referral from a GP down the road and came straight here after and was seen within 30 minutes or so! Radiographer was lovely, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable. The X-rays are bulk billed and they take walk ins but they do have a fee for ultrasounds.
It is been 2 weeks I have been there for my scan and I had no results. I have called 6 times, and they say it is gonna be ready and it looks like they are lost. I had to cancel my medical appointment more than 5 times. Worst experience. If you book there, be prepared to wait 1 hour to be called for you booked exam and then, a month to get you results.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming and were all super helpful. I came here for an MRI and the specialist was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable. Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely come back in the future if I needed to.
Had a not so very nice experience with the sonographer I had yesterday for my dating scan. When she took me into the room she stated that we were partway through the session, I asked her if my app was at 1.30? To which she replied yes. I then told her it was 1.33 and I was 15min early. She didn’t respond. I have had many miscarriages and 2 second trimester losses so I started to cry on the bed. I told her of my experience, to which she didn’t respond. Her energy was abrasive and standoffish. She told me the baby was measuring less than what I thought it was but it had a heart beat. She was very quick with the scan and her attitude wasn’t the nicest. I feel that if you’re doing scans on women that are pregnant you need to have a certain level of bedside manner that is more nurturing and compassionate. I will not be back to Qscan Annerley.
I just wanted to say how impressed I am with Qscan Annerley. Everyone who works there is kind and friendly. I am so grateful for their compassion especially today when I became emotional after a painful injection. They showed such care and ensured I was ok. Special mention to Dr Singh, who is patient, reassuring and took the time to make me feel better. Thanks so much to the whole team for your hard work and care!
