I would just like to thank the amazing staff who helped and guided me through my scans today. A phobia of needles and small spaces = high anxiety before I even started both scans. Dr Pari and the lovely lady that assisted him were amazing and so understanding of my fears as was the lovely lady who did my Mra. Every single member of this team including the front line receptionists made a not so fun experience barable. Thank you. I will certainly come back here if I ever need anymore scans. Could not have been ruder. Rage levels = 10/10, after they wouldn't let me through to my appointment. Lost my details on their system. Just awful. Rather pay $200 somewhere else then use their bulk billing facilities

Highly recommended for everyone. Great and excellent  customer services by friendly staff. I definitely come back when I needed. 💯✔💯✔

The receptionist at 141 Queen street. BRISBANE are unfriendly, aggressive, lack customer service experience and unhelpful. I asked for a copy of my report the lady at the reception replied aggressively that she could not give me a copy. I asked for the reason she gave three different reasons which are contradicting. I totally lose my trust in the staff and the whole centre. Other staff are not bad.
